Established in 2014 by Meshen Pillay, Trade Factor Civils has expanded into an enterprise of services which include the following, commercial and private building projects, comprehensive fire protection and mechanical engineering. Over many successful years, Trade Factor Civils now has a national footprint, with offices in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and Western Cape. We pride ourselves on delivering projects timeously and within budget, which differentiates us from our competitors.

We employ individuals whose capabilities align with our mission and receive valuable support from a team of highly skilled experts. Our operations are underpinned by core values, namely integrity, passion, commitment, and competence. We take pride in our Level 1 B-BBEE contributor status, as the company is both black-owned and managed. Furthermore, the majority of our senior and middle management surpass Black Economic Empowerment criteria. Trade Factor Civils places a strong emphasis on knowledge transfer to historically disadvantaged communities in project areas and boasts a workforce in which 100% of our staff hails from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
